The principles which sustain Scoda Aeronáutica working philosophy are the continuous improvement of its processes, the respect for the human being, environment and flight safety. Just like the ecological practices in all aircrafts fabrication processes and provision of services by the Training Center for pilots, the human resources development is one of the main values of the company, being one of those responsible for its rapid growth in the national and international markets.

In order to the objectives are achieved and disseminated, it is necessary to count with the participation of its employees, their relatives and all those people who are part of the community. Therefore the company supports the county of Ipeúna culture as well as sponsors high performance athletes.
